Heat 1 tbsp of dalda and fry the minced masala (onion, ginger, green chillies – don’t grind it but cut it finely) untill it becomes brown in colour, then add the ground masala. Fry well. Then add the cooked meat or fried vegetables.

Note : (To cook minced meat – 1 cup of water, ½ tsp of salt. ½ tsp of vinegar. Keep all these in cooker for 15 minutes)

Now add the first milk (coconut milk) and salt, stir well and then take it out of the flame. Seive the maida with baking powder and salt. Add the second milk and knead it into a soft dough. Keep aside for sometime.

Roll out into small thin puris and cut with a lid. Then put a tea spoon of filling inside and fold over.

Paste the edges with water and press well. Beat 1 egg and dip the puffs in the egg ( apply egg on the puffs with hand ) and roll in broken vermicelli, and deep fry in hot oil. Drain the oil and serve hot.
